Shipping & Delivery
Good will be shipped within two working days of order received. We will be unable to dispatch goods during Christmas and New Years (19/12/2017->03/01/2018).

Returns & Replacements
The Buyer has a cooling-off period seven working days after the day the goods are received. The Buyer must inform the Company in writing, by letter, fax or email of their decision to cancel. The Buyer's money will be reimbursed as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days. It is the Buyer's responsibility to pay any postage necessary to return unwanted goods.
Payment
Payment for goods is made through our on-line secure payment provider SagePay. Accepted methods of Payments are Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Diners and JCB
